      I have had the worst experience with the interview process - particularly talking about technical interviews. The first technical round was about current project and DS and algorithms. The interviewer had no experience and no sense how to interview the candidate. He is not interested in knowing what you know and what you solved. He is only interested in what he knows. Interviewer does not know how to interview, no humble way to speak to the candidates. I had very negative feeling after the first interview itself. I explained the project well - he was not interested. He gave a problem, i solved it but he seemed to have too much negativity. When 5 minutes was left he gave me something to implement again which i could not complete in 5 mins which I think is silly because I am not a college fresher who will remember the implementation and jot it down as such within 2-3 mins. Candidates need give some time to think and implement. The second round was a design round by the manager, it was even more funny. The interviewer was pleasant in nature but had no clarity what to ask about the design and seeked no clarification to the question. Whatever i was designing, he agreed to it and had only a few questions, no clarifications. He said only ok. I created the design that I explained to him with all justifications but I think he was not that competent so he asked me to share the diagram to him over email. It was really weird. Why would someone want the design over email when I am getting interviewed over video call. If you have any doubt ask me right then. Seeing at the design at a later point may not give you full insight. Because most of the time it is a mock design that needs explanation , you can not design the complete production ready system in 20-30 minutes. Narvar should first train the interviewers how to take the interview and how to be pleasant with the candidates. Interviewers at Narvar don't know what they want. They are trying to know what candidates don't know rather what candidates know. I have never encountered this kind of situation in any interview. The first round ( introductory HR round ) was good and she knew how to speak and discuss things with the candidates.
