I got this same question during the interview for the Technology Manager position, and I remember vividly the guy who asked it. He was incredibly unprofessional, obsessed with one-upmanship, and just plain rude. I don't think he really wanted to know if you could answer the question or not, he just wanted to know if he was better then you.
