I got a call from the HR recruiter. There was a brief discussion about the job. After the recruiter was satisfied with the initial round, my candidature was processed for a further round. It a telephonic round with the team lead. It was approximately a 40 min call where almost everything regarding myself and my understanding of the role was asked. I was questioned about my goals, likes and was given a chance to put few questions. The next morning I got to know that I was selected for the f2f round. I went to the office, the aptitude had very simple maths and gk questions. There was one essay as well. Wrote it well. The next round was a f2f round with the same team lead. The conversation went up to around one and a half hours where I spoke less than the TL. Everything was explained regarding the job roles, targets, training and shifts. After this, the HR manager came in and the conversation lasted for some 20 minutes.

Pregunta 1
Why inside sales/bd?
How comfortable are you with us shift?
How well do you communicate?
How focused are you?
How would you handle stress? (as BD role has targets)
So on and so forth. The questions might sound very common and lame but the discussion was very intense.

I myself called the HR. She considered my profile for the BDE position as I had only 5 months of work exp at that time.
Round 1 - Aptitude - 15 MCQs, very easy maths & GK questions followed by a 200 words essay writing. 3 topics were there as options.
Topics - GST, boon or a bane
Social media, boon or a bane.
I don't remember the 3rd topics.
Ample amount of time was given. Although they give around 45 mins to an hour, it's not very strict. additional 5 to 10 mins is ok. So it'll take around 1 hr full.
Round 2 - Personal interview.
No GDs were there.
It was a one to one round with a senior BDE with around 2 and a half to 3 years of experience in the same company. Smart guy who started with the introduction and took the conversation to different dimensions. It's actually a test of smartness, communication skills combined with the clarity of thought process and why you want to pursue sales. Took around 45-50 mins for me to keep my points. I actually was able to impress him but one reason because of which I was not selected for the further round is the unclear thought process. I wasn't unclear I'd say. It was just that I couldn't explain to him properly the reason for a change in the job just after completing 5 months. Reason to pursue sales, your thought process, communication skills and a bit of smartness are the few parameters which were being judged upon.
Round 3 - Product presentation
Again a test of communication, sales acumen, and smartness. Unfortunately, I didn't qualify for the 3rd round.

Pregunta 1
A brief introduction, hobbies, school & college experience, aspirations, and you as a person.
Why sales and a bit about work experience.
Reasons for a job change that early.
why nalashaa? What do you know about their business?
If someone was to visit your city for a day, the kind of hospitality you'd offer and other random topics to speak on continuously just to test communication skills.
Speak more with confidence and speak relevantly. Try making the conversation interesting.
