First I had a telephonic interview at an unexpected time, But the interviewer was friendly and it lasted for about 30 minutes and I was able to answer to most of his questions about my technical abilities in Netbackup software. Then I received a call from their team and they said everything is okay and they are processing my offer letter. Then they scheduled an HR interview where one another technical interviewer had joined and it seemed like he had a motto of rejecting my profile because the questions were too difficult even though I had given them my background and past work experience but still the person wanted to ask the things that I've not worked before and at the end it was not a pleasant experience with them. A few days later they said the profile was rejected. Couldn't understand how the selection process works here but definitely they left me in an unpleasant situation, could've told me that my profile is not suitable in the first round itself, after knowing all my past experience and with a successful first round why to reject at the very end. Felt extremely unhappy with their interview process.
