Applied by email, was contacted by HR to setup personal interview on site. Interview was very relaxed, was done by the process HR lady, 2 guy representing the one site, and another guy from a different site. They each asked about 2 or 3 questions each, which were mostly behavioral based questions. As far as I know this is the only step in their hiring routine.
