Nike prefers answers using the STAR method. They also like visual resumes called one-pagers. This includes some icons that represent what you would bring to the company and why this role specifically. Keep them not too wordy and use them as conversation starters. This can be a great alternative to going thru your resume on paper, but also keep to 5-8 minutes.
