Entrevista
It was a group interview of three people. There were two interviewers and the started off with an ice breaker where you told them about yourself, and your favorite movie. It was very laid back but still professional. It finished with them having us do an exercise where we were given a customer scenario and we had to pick out an outfit from the merchandise in the store and explain why we chose it.

What is your passion? What is your favorite sport - and how do you relate it to other customers with different sport interests?
The process was very quick and simple. It’s wasn’t anything to stress over. Just be yourself. The questions asked were not challenging especially if you already have retail experience and answers will just come naturally. If you don’t have any retail experience, the questions asked are also simply related to everyday life

Virtual interview where you respond to questions with a video recording. Two attempts on video recordings. There is no human interaction on the interview or while using the platform. Received offer almost immediately after submitting
Everything is online so you just record videos to the questions. You get 3 minutes to record each answer and you can’t retake the video once. You don’t get to interview with a person thanks to the pandemic.
