I applied online and was contacted via phone within a week for an in-person interview. At the interview, two managers were present and asked questions from what seemed to be a standard Nike interview packet. The interview was brief - about 10 minutes. The managers stated I should expect a background check request through email shortly after.

Fairly easy. Interview is on zoom. They gave me three or four questions and they were mostly about working as a team. My interview had three people in it so make sure you go prepare for it.
