went for the assessment centre; think there were about 4 sessions and seemed like 80 pax each session. very competitive, u need to be vocal, but facilitators are otherwise nice and helpful! you will be put in groups of 4/5 and a facilitator + assessor(s) will sit in the discussion. you will be given a problem statement that u need to come up with solutions to address, then afterwards present to 1 other team + q&a.

Why the healthcare sector and what are your 5 yr plans.
Was well scheduled and invovled a first round of application via an essay, a second round with an assessment centre and a last round with interviews with company directors. The essay involved one personal question and one about the healthcare space. The assessment centre involved a case-based study as well as a game-based assessment. Interview was pretty standard.
