Applied for the role online and was contact within 48 hours to schedule an interview. The interview was virtual and one interviewer lost connectivity and dropped off zoom, while the other never made eye contact with me. I felt rushed, like they potentially had someone else in mind already. I didn’t hear anything for an entire month despite reaching out. Additionally, they reposted the role and moved the closing date out another month. Process was opaque and so I was not surprised when after four weeks, I was not invited back for a second interview.
