This was the worst interview experience I've ever had. There were all the hallmarks of bad company behavior. It was kind of on me for putting up with it. 1. The recruiter did not show up for our first call. She no-showed then after the weekend asked if she could reschedule, citing "calendar problems." 2. The recruiter set up an onsite interview but never confirmed the details. I ended up leaving a work conference early unnecessarily to attend . She was non-responsive when I followed up to get confirmation. They ended up scheduling another date that was much later. 3. I contacted the hiring manager through LinkedIn to see if we were still on, he read my email but ignored me. We rescheduled for a much later time. 4. When I showed up at the onsite I was locked out office in the lobby with no one to let me in. All my interviewers were waiting inside thinking I was late. 5. No one followed up after the onsite to even let me know if I'd been selected, even though I followed up after they promised to tell me, they put me off further and never contacted me.
