Process: 3 weeks, Phone screen, then in person interview. Very intense with 3 people staring you and a very small small office room. I was the first interviewee out of many applicants. Make yourself memorable

I went through four rounds of interviews, even visiting the New York office to meet with the SVP, although the role was based in New Jersey. Everyone I met was friendly and encouraging, and it really felt like I was a great fit. Each interviewer mentioned how well this position aligned with my career goals. However, after the final interview, I was told they decided to move forward with another candidate because they felt the role wasn’t aligned with my career path.
