Shortlisting from written leads to interview according to marks and they make batches of 30-40 candidates for 1 day and take interview with a panel of approx 05 person who ask questions related to HR and technicals.

Interview process has only one Technical round for 15 min,There is no HR round. They will first ask your favourite subject and will ask questions from that subject. Questions will be on your basic knowledge in civil engineering.
