Phone screen came first followed by two in-person interviews. A second behavioral interview with HR via phone happened and then I had to pass the background check.

After inviting me to 4 rounds interviews and making it clear that I was in the top tier of candidates for the role, the company ghosted me..... not even a notification that they were going with a different candidate. How disrespectful of my time, and what a mess of a company.

Entrevista
Began with a phone interview, progressed to a 1:1 interview with the head of the department. Interview was very conversational and I found it took off the pressure of what interviews typically apply.
Heard back within a reasonable amount of time.
Overall a pleasant experience for an interview.
