Very flexible and they took full advantage of me. No testing was done just questions and then I filled out w4. No drug screening or background check done with full access to guests info and access to rooms given. RM Management only cares about saving $ not the quality of their hotels or employees. They have a 17 year old working their front desk at Days Inn Collinsville, IL. They also break labor laws every single day. And pay GM a minimum wage salary with terrible benefits. It's clear they only care about money and not people!!! I told them I have small children and prefer 1st or 2nd shift but would do audit if needed in an emergency, they eventually have me on 40 hours of audit now.
