No drug screening or background check done with full access to guests info and access to rooms given. RM Management only cares about saving $ not the quality of their hotels or employees. It's clear they only care about money and not people!!! I told them I have small children and prefer 1st or 2nd shift but would do audit if needed in an emergency, they eventually have me on 40 hours of audit now.
