The company has a standardised 3 round recruiting process, and offers very prompt feedback. The first was 1st rd screening, 2nd was a take home exercise, and 3rd round was with leadership. Interviewer was nice and professional, I passed the first two but didn't go for the last one.

First was initial call regarding my CV and they liked it and then sent and technical test to do it by myself and sent it back and they liked it, so got second interview based on what i did on my test and they loved my ideas but don't understand why didn't get the offer !!
