Was introduced via a external recruiter: 1) introduction call with the founder/cto where he asked questions related to past experience and also explained more on the product and where he sees it going 2) system design round with the cto: asked a average question. I dint do really well mostly because there were some gaps in my knowledge and less practice. At the end of the interview he mentioned how they put the system in production and where my assumptions would break or what won’t work. Did not get through the round. Overall in the interview process, I felt the founder was welcoming and treated me well like a peer. From the way he discussed his vision for mutiny in intro call to sharing how the actual system in system design round is put into production. Or even the personalized follow up mails. Have a very good opinion of him and the company, wish them all the best.
