The interview consisted of a series of questions on my character, ability, experience and education. Furthermore I was asked about my favourite marketing campaign and advertisement. The interview was conducted by the department head and HR head. After which I was asked to go see the CEO. His interview was much more constructive and his experience and knowledge left a decent first impression of the company.
