This will begin with a logic test and electronics knowledge, followed by a technical discussion. Stage 3: Two senior managers and an HR representative. This will last about three hours. They won't ask many technical questions; instead, they'll focus on problem-solving and inquire about your previous job responsibilities, exploring those areas further.
