I talked to a recruiter for 30 minutes and didn't hear back for more than a week. I had to follow up on my own and they said it would take longer. It was radio silent again until I got an automated email saying I wasn't being considered for the position anymore. There was no reason given. The recruiters at MotorTrend are completely unprofessional and have no business working in the real world.
