Process was very unorganized which was not surprising seeing as they only had one product designer on their team compared to their large engineer ratio. I was joined by someone other than who was listed in my email contact. Not sure who he was.. Recruiter turned the meeting into a portfolio demonstrated that was not communicated beforehand and had little to no knowledge of the product design process so I was forced to simplify my process in laymen's terms. Very misogynistic and overall glad I got to know the company structure before I moved forward with their process. Definitely seek this position if you are looking to be intensely over-worked as a product designer.
