Absolutely horrible and shockingly unprofessional experience. Started out with a call from HR and then three rounds of interviews. 1st round is with Hiring Manager for 60 minutes. Basic screening round and info about the role and stuff + getting the candidate to talk about themselves. 2nd round is with a panel of FIVE (yes FIVE) people for 120 minutes that covers a whole host of topics both technical and non technical. 3rd round is with the Senior Manager / Director for the cultural and fitment round. The people in the interview seem very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. However the HR/Recruitment team is totally incompetent and inept. No feedback in any round, no updates or follow-ups on anything. I had to keep calling / emailing them to get updates. Even then it wasn't prompt. After the third round, I got an email from their background verification and screening partner to fill my details which I did. Mind you, I was not even informed that I was cleared / shortlisted from the interview process. Few days after filling in the BGV, I again reached out to the HR and they asked for my latest HIKE and SALARY slips which I gave promptly. Again for 2-4 days there was silence and I got no reponse via emails or calls. Finally on the 5th day I get a generic rejection email. 3 Interviews with 7 people over a period of almost a month + Submitting the background verification and screening process + sending the salary slips and other details - and the HR doesnt even have the basic courtesy to call and inform about rejection with some feedback. Stay away from MOTIVE and definitely stay away from the unprofessional and incompetent HR from this company.
