Expect several rounds of virtual interviews over several days (in my case, 5 rounds plus the recruiter screening). Each interview will be about 30-45 minutes and range from culture interviews with manager & VP level employees to technical interviews with at least two engineers. The technical interviews cover both hard and soft skills. You will be asked about customer service skills as well as technical and troubleshooting knowledge.
