They have multiple interviews process, the first was a general HR type - asking me to give them a rundown of my CV, pretty general but it went well and they are supportive rather than aggressive. The next interview they asked me about my job in detail and how I would be go about solving some real-time problems.

Let’s start this by saying I received a verbal “yes” and completed my references, only to go through four more “final round” interviews and then not receive an actual offer due to leadership deciding my resume wasn’t “technical” enough. I was told the team themselves loved me and wanted to move forward, but was overruled by leadership. Make of that what you will. I interviewed 9 times for the role, completed a take home case study, spoke to numerous people across Product and Engineering, and effectively those conversations didn’t matter because my background wasn’t technical enough (I’ve worked in tech for 10+ years). My advice to those looking at Product/Operations roles here - stay away. You can find less judgmental companies out there, and certainly ones that value your time more than Motive does.
