The interview and onboarding experience with KeepTruckIn was really amazing. One the toughest interview of my career, as their talent acquisition is talented and brilliant. They really dig for the best talent in the market. My overall experience was great and the onboarding was even better than any other company. Interview was set and discussion was to the point and job title related.

First off, don't even bother interviewing if you are a woman. Initially, my first call with the recruiter went great-she was very informative, nice and asked great questions about my experience, personal goals etc. I was formed that my next phone interview would be with the Manager of the SMB team. This guy was a total jerk. There was zero interest in actually getting to know me and my experience in terms of questions. The first thing he asked was for me to literally go through my entire resume-when I did he responded with a rude comment and showed complete disinterest. I have over 5 years of experience and have been a top performer at my company since day one. He then asked me to explain exactly how their platform works-I gave him a high-level overview and provided information I was able to research-there is no way anyone who inst an employee to know the ins and out of their platform-if that was the case, the company would be at risk for competitors to copy their platform. I wanted to be able to see a demo, but that is only available to prospective clients. I later found out that he is known as the office jerk and doesn't hire women and blocks people who are currently working, or have worked at certain companies in Nashville-mine being one of them. If I was offered an onsite interview or a position, I would not have accepted due to this experience. I know the rest of the company and managers are great, but it only takes one bad apple to ruin interest.
