Process consisted of 3 rounds. After the last round we discussed a starting date and HR told me that they will just show my CV to the CEO as a final informal stage-nothing to be worried about. They stopped answering my calls or responding my mails when I was asking for an update. They kept me hanging- still to this day, I do not know if I am in the process. Its very unprofessional, I have been in this industry for 10 years and had numerous interviews-I had never seen sth. like it. My message to the company is be transparent in your hiring process- dont forget the interviewees are also human. You can just tell them that you will get back to them in 3 weeks or sth. Be more professional don't ghost them. After this experience I would not want to be affiliated with this company.
