The whole experience was completely disorganized. There was a concerning lack of communication and unclear goals for the position. The position title changed 3 times and each time was downgraded to a lower level. Applied for a higher level position, came in for the interview and was told it was for a mid level, then next communication, it was down to entry level. The office space was dingy and uninspiring. Could use a complete update.
