The interviews went well. I was offered a position that I interviewed for, after a few days the recruiter called me and told the position was never available, then asked me what other positions I would be interested in and then sent me an offer with the new position. Another few days past and I was asked if I would be interested in relocating somewhere else (I was not). This process went on for 6-1/2 months, the recruiter was near impossible to get a hold of, and really didn’t listen to anything I had to say.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.

Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.

Easy interview, basically just had a conversation with the interviewers. Most of the hiring process is dependent on cultural fit and if you are able to hild a conversation or not
