The interview was very laid back and comfortable. I was interviewed by a team of 3 people including my immediate supervisor, the marketing director, and the employee whose position I'd assume. They first explained a bit about the company including the function of the company and it's culture. The concierge then explained what a typical day for her was like and what to expect during the work day. I was then asked to identify my strengths and weaknesses, followed by 4 or 5 of your general "explain a time when..." questions, none of which felt intrusive at all. The interview ended with a tour and being introduced to some of the residents.
