However, the interviewer did not give an accurate description of the job and gave the impression there was room to move up in the company. After working there for a year and a half it was clear it was not.

Two interviews. Both on Zoom. I had a very good experience. I was able to ask questions and the recruiter provided the answers. It was not an intense interview at all. Sometimes they can be stressful, but these two werent like that.
