Got an email to schedule a phone call, got the description of the role over the phone and got asked about why I'm interested in this role and why did I apply for 2 different roles in the company. Was presented with a timed task which has involved analysis, presentation and quantitive questions. I did not pass the task and got a rejection call, which is much nicer than a generic rejection email. The overall experience was nice, but some parts of the task were disproportionate to the amount of time given, and the program was screaming at you to come back when you've needed to use Excel and was required to submit files which was stressful.

The recruiter called me for an initial phone screening that lasted about 20 minutes. She asked about my background, experience, and skills, and provided an overview of the company and the role, including some additional administrative info. At the end of the conversation, she said she would be happy to move forward with my application and sent me a take-home exam. However, I did not pass the exam stage.
