Mostly ok process, but no closure after the final round. I interviewed for the role and made it to the final stage. The process was long but smooth and respectful — until the end. Despite being told I was a final round candidate, I never heard back with an outcome, even after following up. It was disappointing, especially for a communications role. A quick update would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I'd never consider Moody's again and have told all my contacts about this disappointing experience.
