Really simple and easy. The super day was 4 different interviews and there were only a few behavioral questions but it was laid back. HR was horrible though, not answering and took a month to get an email letting me know what the decision was.

Situation where you needed leadership or initiative
Great Process. There were about 3 rounds. Spoke with many people on the sales team and after the 2nd or 3rd round I was told they were going with another candidate unfortunately.
