The refreshing thing was the personable aspect of the interview. It felt as if they really cared about the candidates and their staff in general. This interview was a beacon of hope in an employers market where the majority seem to be actively capitalising on the fact that covid and lockdown has put people in precarious positions. This company seems to have decent ethics which is why I would really like to work here.

Interviewers we’re lovely made me feel comfortable and it felt Like a genuine conversation. I did not like the group interview it felt more like political rather than an assessment centre. I did not get the job and they didn’t even say why, I practiced, read through everything, even took time out of most of my week to research the bank itself. They told me to apply again in 6 months time.
