Vetted by HR, quick call with hr specialist asking basic questions regarding my resume, and then i was set up for an interview with the practice director, that lasted about 45 minutes then was set up for an interview with the practice vice chairman, that lasted about 30 minutes. A few days later, hr senior recruiter called me to ask me about my expectations regarding compensation, and then about two days later, I was offered the job.
