3 rounds, 1 casual, 1 technical, 1 with the hiring manager. They were very friendly in all rounds, it was always clear what the expectations were and what the next steps were going to be. The technical interview was down to earth and reasonable.
One of the interviews I enjoyed so far! A straight forward interview focused on position and day to day assignment. The process was as follows:
1. Initial interview with recruiter (30 m)
2. Home take assignment (2-4hrs)
3. Technical interview covering the assignment and more questions on system design, event driven architecture ... (1 hr)
4. Final interview with Engineerring director
