I had one screening interview with a recruiter. The recruiter showed up late to the interview and then proceeded to take a call on her cell phone and put me on hold. I tried being empathetic and let her behavior go. I followed up on email three times after the time she said she would get back to me had lapsed. She finally replied back and said the company is going a different direction and that she would keep me in mind for future opportunities.
