Was invited for coding assessment. The assessment was pretty hard and had questions related to SQL, Data Structures, Algorithms. There were about 5 questions and the time limit was 70 minutes. The assessment was via CodeSignal.

Online Assessment (OA): Algorithm questions (typically LeetCode Medium/Hard focusing on data structures and algorithms) alongside multiple-choice questions covering fundamental ML math, probability, and statistics.
1st Technical Interview: A live coding session mixed with fundamental ML theory questions (e.g., Gradient Descent, preventing overfitting, understanding different model evaluation metrics).
2nd Hiring Manager / Fit Interview: A deep dive into the past ML projects listed on your resume, a basic ML system design question based on a hypothetical business scenario, and behavioral questions to assess cultural fit with Moloco.

One coding and one ML interview
coding was leetcode like but much more applicable, really liked the problem and how data structures could be used to solve it. Good example of how to make good software problems instead of the unmotivated leetcode hards.
ML interview was more statistics, probability related with discussion on math of model training.
