Campus hiring process. Overall process concluded in two days.
Initially online test was conducted which consisted of only basic engineering questions from manufacturing process,thermodynamics,metallurgy and strength of material.
They shortlisted around 25 students out of 150. Then shortlisted student had to attend technical interview in which they mostly asked questions about engineering drawing ,material science and design.
After which they again filtered , and at the end there was hr interview which was just a formality.

HR call for setting up the interview and then a technical interview was conducted by senior engineers for particular departments. The interview lasted for almost 60 minutes. Majority of the interview was based on the resume submitted for the position.

Entrevista
I applied online and was called the next day to schedule a phone interview a few days later. I answered several questions about my resume. A few other questions, then was able to ask my own questions. Very polite. I am waiting for a call back for the next phone screening, and if I do well there, I will have a chance to interview in person. Should hear back this week or next. The whole phone call lasted about half an hour.
Applied on line via direct website. Received an email response requesting answers to 3 questions. Then a week later received an other email requesting dates and times for personal on site interview. Interviewed with 3 people. The job description applied for had nothing to do with the actual job duties as explained during the interview. The Talent Acquisition person did not "interview" but pitched the company and presented me with the benefits package ?!? Never a phone interview, nor a 2nd interview. I was interviewed initially over email. No responses received to further inquiries about the interview process or position status.
