I couldn't really gauge the company via the first interview with the hiring manager, so I wasn't as prepared as I should have been for the second round of interviews. My second round of interviews were with two people that had recently been hired. They were much more thorough than my first interview. It seems like the company is growing fast, but I couldn't get an idea of the company structure and how organized the work environment would be once I started.
