Recruiter reached out about an opportunity. Informed me of 3 interview rounds. First with recruiter and another individual in the dept. Second with the department head. And lastly with the CEO. I was informed the last interview would just be getting to know the CEO. I was given less than 24hr notice of interview and Instead i was grilled with questions, It honestly seemed he was more interested in how my prior company was handling things than my qualifications. His computer also cut off midway through and we ended the interview early. I withdrew my application after not hearing back within the stated timeframe. They are a new company, so hopefully things improve in the future.
