I was kept on standby for over two months during the recruitment process. After a final interview which followed other two (in total, two of them were on site) I was contacted several times with promises of updates, but nobody was not hired; shortly afterwards the position was reopened without clear explanation. In my experience, the communication lacked transparency and this impacted negatively my job search.
