There is 2 technical rounds happen with me after clearing those round they are collecting all required document. Then releasing provisional offer letter. But its all process is too much pathetic talking more time to do this process and after all this they are orally telling the salary break out and all. So interviewer don’t have any proof of this

It was a horrible situation. An HR representative contacted me about the position through LinkedIn. He gave me an overview of the interview procedure. At 8:30 p.m., I started my first round. It was an easy interview. That was resolved. I then received a call from HR letting me know that I had passed the first round. He has already scheduled another round of coding and HR.  He called me before the second round to inform me that they had a client that is searching for a support position. Can we set up a single round with the client now? I informed him that I am seeking a development role rather than a support role. Ok, no problem, he replied. I was supposed to give the second coding round at 9:00p.m and the hr was supposed to share the link of the coding questions. He never showed up I was waiting at 9:00p.m to give the interview. I tried to reach him to give him a reminder that he is supposed to conduct my interview but his phone was switched off. I never listened back from HR.
