Too long process, around 2 month of interviews. Extremely confusing process, after each session they sent an email stating that I did good and they like to move forward, yet, and just before the last round where I should have met an executive, I got a call that they decided to cancel the already scheduled call and stop the process because my technical skills are not good enough! That contradicts the feedback they sent earlier. If my skills weren't good enough, why did you chose to proceed and send me an email telling me I did good? Very weird process and very confusing and time wasting experience.

Miro's Interview Process was pretty organized. Everybody was very professional and Recruiter was quite attentive and helpful.
It is very pleasing to see that company pays attention to the personalities and cultural fit, as after getting to the company you really notice a certain type of culture.

Interview process is well-thought, smoothly organized. Everyone involved in the process was supportive and prepared. Overall experience of the interviews is quite positive. There are several types of interviews based on the role including live coding interview, system design interview, hiring manager and team interviews.

Easily one of the best interview processes I've went through. Clear and well documented steps, fun interviews with the relevant people, constant follow up and coaching from the TA coordinators.
