The process involved meeting founders, an engineer, and an external consultant. Conversations were mostly pleasant. Unfortunately they were very unserious about the hiring. After weeks of interviewing, calling references, and promising to make a decision immediately, they ended up keeping me stranded for 3 weeks with various excuses. I followed up many times and were finally able to get a response without feedback at the end that they moved on with other candidates. I'm not sure what was happening behind the scenes but they seem to be very disorganized. I was feeling pretty excited the product and the people I met so I'm quite disappointed.
