2 phone interviews and 1 face to face interview with the final client, the process after was a terrible experience with Mindlance, they offered me the position and when salary negotiations started things turned unpleasant. They told me they could get a certain amount and then they could not follow on it. After some time they offered a much lower salary, I declined unless they payed what was discussed. The feeling is that they only consider you one more transaction, they will say anything to get you to accept a position, they only care about making money with you.
