The recruiting process was poorly run. I was called for a phone interview with the interviewer simply typing in my answers, and afterwards I was told that I would receive a call within the week telling me if there would be additional interviews or not. I was never called back. This has been a recurring issue with this company.
Great feedback for us, we want to make sure all candidates hear from us in a timely manner. Most first interviews are typically on the phone and the tap tapping of the keys can be distracting, though it's important for us to remember the details! It's one way we ensure the important parts don't fall between the cracks, though I totally agree that it probably comes off as rude. Sorry about that!

Phone screen followed by aptitude test and personality test. Aptitude test is timed and filmed through webcam. 15 minutes to answer 50 questions. Never received an email after the test or callback. It felt really dehumanizing.
