Panel of three people, lasted about 45 minutes. Almost every question was situational, ie. "tell me about a time," which is quite exhausting after 10 questions. Interviewers were really not very friendly; did not seem interested in chatting or getting to know the candidates beyond their list of questions. The panel also did not seem prepared to answer very basic questions I had, such as "How is the position managed?" and "Do you feel that upper administration is supportive of your department?"
