I interviewed for a Project Management position for expediting zoning permits which I got through a temporary hiring agency. In the interview, the HR person said nothing on my resume spoke to project management, when all my past jobs required this skill. My prior experience was as a project manager for a builder and as a realtor. She said she saw me in a client services role and that she'd like to send me a job description of that role. I said I appreciated her thoughtfulness and looked forward to receiving the client services job description and that I was really interested in working at the company. She never sent the job description and after emailing her to thank her and request it, I never heard back.
