Overall, it was pleasant and well-structured in-person interview. It started with a written, developer quiz with a dozen or so questions about CSS and HTML. Then I had a group interview with the entire team (about 12 people). I was nervous at first because of the crowd, but they were very friendly. They didn't ask too tough of questions and really just wanted to get to know my personality and past experience better. Lastly, I met individual with the person I would be reporting to go over a few more details including target salary. In hindsight, I'd say it was one of the best interviews of had. They seem to really make an effort to match the right person with the skills needed and the company culture.
